TEQUILA GUACAMOLE

Ingredients
4 Large Chilean Hass avocados
2 oz White onion finely chopped
2 oz Pickled Jalapenos finely diced
2 oz Pickled Jalapenos juice
2 oz Ingredients finely diced
2 oz Tequila of your Choice
1 cucumber finely chopped
1 tbsp Olive oil
1/2 lime juice
Dry Oregano to taste
salt to taste
Instructions
Mix the Jalapenos, carrots, onion, lime juice, oregano, lime juice and tequila. Let stand for a few minutes, in the mean time cut the avocados in haves, take out pit, place in large bowl and mash to desired thickness, mix in with the rest of ingredients, season with salt to taste and olive oil. Great with chips or served over your favorite foods.
