AVOCADO MILK SHAKE
MAKES 2 TO 3 SERVINGS
Description
Smooth and creamy, this refreshingly good milk shake could become a favorite after school snack or late-night treat. ( As a variation, try orange sherbet instead of vanilla ice cream.)
Ingredients
- 1 Chilean Hass Avocado, halved, pitted, peeled and cut into chunks
- 3 cups Milk
- 3 tablespoons Honey
- 1 to 2 tablespoons Lime Juice
- Pinch Salt
- 2 scoops Vanilla Ice Cream
Instructions
Blend avocado, milk, honey, lime juice and salt. Add ice cream and blend until smooth. Pour into tall glasses to serve.
