CULINARY STUDENT RECIPE CONTEST
Calling all Culinary Students: Enter to Win $1,000 for Your Original Chilean Hass Avocado Recipe
For the past two years the Chilean Avocado Importers Association (CAIA) has sponsored a recipe contest designed exclusively for culinary students. Budding chefs are invited to submit their most creative avocado recipe for a chance to win $1,000.
This contest provides a tantalizing opportunity for culinary students to showcase their cooking skills using versatile and healthy Chilean Hass Avocados, which are in the prime of their season September through February.
Cash Prizes:
One Grand Prize: $1,000 Cash
Two Runners Up: $250 Cash

Details:
- Students must be enrolled in a culinary school in order to enter
- Dish can be part of any section of the menu
- Entries will be judged on originality, taste, and ease of preparation
